Having expanded beyond the UK to launch in the US last year, we are exploding with double-digit monthly growth and looking to continue this with further international expansion.Describe this role in a few words?The Operations Performance & Data Analyst focuses on optimising driver routing, shift productivity, and operational efficiency, using data-driven insights to support tactical decision-making and drive improvements across the supply chain.Describe this team?The Operations team is dedicated to managing the end-to-end flow of products from suppliers to customer doorsteps. This team ensures that customer orders are delivered on time, in full, and with the highest quality, while also focusing on operational profitability and scalability to support the company's growth.As part of this team, the Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in analysing and optimising key aspects of the delivery process, including driver performance, route efficiency, and resource utilisation. The Operations Analyst works closely with the Operations Analyst Manager and Operations Director, contributing to the overall strategy by providing actionable insights and pushing tactical changes that enhance operational effectiveness.Key DutiesRouting and Driver ProductivityAnalyse and optimise driver routes to improve efficiency, reduce delivery times, and lower costsMonitor and adjust routes based on real-time data and changing operational needsTrack and analyse driver shift performance to identify opportunities for improvementMonitor vehicle and resource availability to ensure optimal utilisation across the networkCustomer Delivery Performance AnalysisAnalyse trends and gaps in OTIFIQ performance to identify areas for improvement.Work closely with the Fulfilment team to implement changes that enhance delivery reliability and qualityReport on delivery performance metrics and recommend tactical adjustments to meet targetsOperational Reporting and Data VisualisationCreate and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into key operational metricsRegularly report on performance data to the Operations TeamKey Requirements:2-3 years of experience in an operations or data analysis role.Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, conditional and aggregate formulas).Experience with data visualisation tools like ThoughtSpot is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Strong written and verbal English skills.Work ScheduleAs the client is UK-based, you will be required to work in UK daytime:Monday to Friday13:30 - 22:30 IST (08:00 am - 17:00 GMT)Pay & Benefits - What you'll get in return:Annual CTC: 6.5 - 8 lakh per yearDevice: An annual reimbursement of Rs 24,000/- for using your own laptop or computer.Fully remote roleBe part of a passionate, friendly and transparent culture which encourages your suggestions for improvement as we growFull training and ongoing support PRB
