Job descriptionPosition: SaaS Business Development ManagerLocation: Dammam, Eastern ProvinceSalary: Up to 17k SAR per month (Base) + Commission (up to 8k)Language Requirement: English and ArabicRole Overview:Our client, a leading global technology platform in the wellness industry, trusted by millions of consumers worldwide, is looking for B2B SaaS Business Development Managers in Dammam to be at the forefront of their expanding technology platform. We want someone to cultivate relationships and drive revenue growth through their innovative platform. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a vibrant, ever-evolving environment and are eager to operate independently, tackle challenges, and leave a significant impact.Key Responsibilities:Commercial Growth: Achieve key performance indicators related to monetization and revenue enhancement by actively engaging and educating partners about the platform's value.Product Advocacy: Promote and onboard partners to payment solutions, optimizing their listings to enhance marketplace competitiveness and conversion rates.Relationship Building: Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, acting as a dedicated advisor, guiding them towards successful product adoption, and providing tailored product recommendations.Partnership Management: Maintain strong partner relationships through regular interactions, conveying the features and benefits of the platform and ensuring a seamless partner journey from sales to onboarding.Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales and Onboarding, to ensure effective partner handovers and with Product teams to contribute valuable feedback for future enhancements.Consultative Selling: Employ consultative sales techniques to comprehend and meet customer needs, enabling effective upselling and cross-selling of the platform.Skills and Experience Required:Proven track record in achieving commercial success in a partner-facing role.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and use data analytics to improve commercial results.A proactive, inquisitive mindset with a continuous desire for learning and improvement.Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.A creative thinker with a problem-solving approach.Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships and influence across the organization.Team-oriented, with a willingness to support colleagues.Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.Apply Now!
