JASARA PMC, a prominent project management consultancy, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes across various projects. Your expertise will ensure compliance with industry standards and enhance project performance. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of quality practices and possess strong leadership skills to guide the QA/QC team effectively.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and implement quality management systems and procedures to guarantee project compliance with standardsConduct regular inspections, audits, and quality control assessmentsLead the QA/QC team, providing training and mentorshipCollaborate with project managers to define quality objectives and track progressAnalyze quality data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiativesPrepare and present quality reports and documentation to senior managementMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in QA/QC management within the construction or infrastructure sectorThorough knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory requirementsProven ability to lead and develop QA/QC teams effectivelyExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesProfessional certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are an advantageProject BenefitsCompany accommodation (single occupancy)Company transportationMealsLaundry
