Position Overview:We are seeking a Pastry Cook / Commis Pastry with formal culinary education and a passion for pastry arts. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced pastry chefs to produce high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods. This is a unique opportunity to apply your culinary education in a real-world, professional kitchen while learning from seasoned chefs.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and production of various pastry items according to recipes and standards.

Ensure all pastry products are prepared and presented in accordance with established quality and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including kitchen and storage areas.

Support senior pastry chefs in daily tasks and special projects as assigned.

Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role or culinary training preferred.

Basic knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality pastry products.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
