We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC Doha, Qatar for a

Job Purpose:

To optimize production downtime when executing maintenance activities contributing to the development and review of risk assessments.

Your main duties will be to: -

Maintain all radio communications with the helicopter flight crew, helideck crew and marine vessels on

aeronautical and marine radio channels.

Generate, maintain and distribute personnel on board (POB) lists.

Generate, maintain and distribute emergency response duty roster.

Ensure all personnel have been briefed and shown safety videos for helicopter and vessel transfers.

Provide visible leadership to personnel to ensure safety targets are met.

Promote NOC core values by being a safety role model, showing trust, respect and commitment,

fostering collaboration across the organization.

Promote cost consciousness in order to embed a strong cost culture.

Drive an incident free environment by establishing and maintaining a strong incident free culture.

Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures,

that ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times.

Ensure compliance with Operating Procedures and Guidelines to ensure Process Safety, Operational

Safety and Plant Integrity.

Maintain the radio room and heli-admin as an alternative emergency response room.

Ideally, you will have graduated with minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND or equivalent).

Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years offshore level on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.

You are fluent in English with both written and verbal communication

You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

ProfileEducation: High School Diploma / Technical certificate in Discipline.

Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years recent experience in UHF & VHF radio operations in an offshore

environment.

Must hold valid aeronautical and marine radio operator certificates.
