Al-Futtaim Group's entrepreneurship and relentless customer focus enables the organization to continue to grow and expand; responding to the changing needs of our customers within the societies in which we operate.About Al-Futtaim HealthOur 14 HealthHub clinics ensure patient access to the best medical services and facilities throughout the UAE.At Al-Futtaim Health, we strive to redefine the healthcare experience by delivering high quality, smart and integrated care enriching lives through accessible care for all in our urgent and integrated family health primary care centers.The use of smart technology, experienced clinical teams and our center of excellence partners allows us to achieve better clinical outcomes.In partnership with Accreditation Canada, our HealthHub Clinics will be the first clinics in the region to apply for Platinum accreditation status and to be the first certified people-centered care facility in the Middle East.The purpose of this roleThe purpose of this role is to be able to diagnose medical illnesses and provide treatment with focus on the overall health of the patient including and not limited to physical, psychological and social aspects of care.Provides comprehensive clinical care to patients according to current best-evidence based standards, using best judgement at all times and in accordance with Al-Futtaim Health Medical Staff bylaws and rules and regulations.Develop personal relationships with patients.Create patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data.Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time.Make use of patient health data in medical analyses.Administer vaccinations.Perform medical operations.Educate patients in health management and disease prevention.Participate equitably in the on-call roster.Participate in the oversight and professional developments of any junior medical staff in the departments.The Minimum Qualifications and KnowledgeMBBS or MBChB or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution AND Completion of specialty qualification recognized by Dubai Health Authority or Health Authority of Abu Dhabi or Ministry of Health UAE.Appropriate experience and competence in all aspects of Family Medicine.Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff.Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.Minimum 5+ years relevant experience at a specialist level, since gaining higher qualification.
