Barista

Job Responsibilities:Take coffee orders from guests and the F&B service team.Prepare and serve coffees consistently with the hotel standard drink recipe.Assist in other beverage orders and preparation as required.Prepare different kinds of latte art for coffees with creativity and style.Maintain glasses and other items in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotional suggestions.Present drinks menu, make specific recommendations, and answer questions about beverages.Responsible for restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.Clear and reset tables in the bar as required.Record drinks orders accurately.Assist in creating and implementing standard coffee recipes for the outlets.Conduct coffee training for the F&B team as required.Maintain a friendly atmosphere and deal efficiently with any problems that may arise.Be passionate about customer service with the capability of delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests.Assist the dining area if needed during busy operations.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Barista.Experience in Latte Art.Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.Remote Work: NoEmployment Type: Fulltime
