The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in SAP Finance Transformation, complemented by exceptional soft skills and a good understanding of CMT industry business models and peculiarities. Translate client needs into effective Finance solutions.Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation projects for SAP Finance solutions (S/4 HANA Finance, SAC, Group Reporting, etc.), ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.Ideate and shape new, innovative approaches to meet clients' specific requirements and challenges.Build strong client relationships, act as trusted advisor, and communicate complex concepts convincingly.Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to senior client personnel.Lead commercial activities, including client pitches and sales campaigns for High-Tech industries.Understand clients' operations and align SAP solutions with their strategic objectives.Lead and mentor SAP professionals, fostering collaboration and driving high performance.Identify and mitigate risks associated with SAP projects.Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the Communication, Media, and Technology industries.Develop thought leadership content and provide insights to stakeholders.Necessary Knowledge / Skills:SAP-accredited or certified experience.Demonstrable extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP finance consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful S/4 HANA transformations.Deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA finance capabilities, including SAC planning and Group Reporting modules.Current knowledge of finance processes for Communication, Media and Technology businesses.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Consulting mindset with the ability to analyze complex business problems.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.SAP certifications in relevant modules would be a plus.Proficiency in English, knowledge of German or French would be an asset.About AccentureAccenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
