Travel Consultant

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable travel experiences for our clients. Responsibilities:

Customer Consultation:

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget constraints.

Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on client requirements.

Booking and Reservation:

Handle flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel bookings using reservation systems.

Secure and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy in travel details.

Destination Knowledge:

Stay informed about travel destinations, including local attractions, cultural events, and visa requirements.

Provide advice and information on various destinations to assist clients in making informed decisions.

Travel Documentation:

Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents, such as visas and travel insurance.

Ensure clients are aware of and comply with entry requirements for their chosen destinations.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Sales and Upselling:

Promote additional services such as travel insurance, guided tours, and special packages.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling techniques.

Industry Trends:

Stay abreast of industry trends, new travel products, and emerging destinations.

Share insights with clients to enhance their travel experiences.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.

Generate reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of travel destinations, travel products, and services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using travel reservation systems.

Sales-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Detail-oriented and organized.
