If you're looking to be part of an exciting, fast-paced team, you might be just who we are looking for!It is a very exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Global Brand Manager for our cosmetics business leading Sleek MakeUP brand. This is a full-time role based in our London head office in Bond Street.Reporting to the Head of Cosmetics, you would be leading the creation of inspiring campaigns and content, as well as supporting the development of global brand strategy to help drive brand growth around the world.Key Responsibilities:As a key member of the team, you will lead the toolkit development of global campaigns, from agency briefing to creative development and production.Support the delivery of key strategic projects, for example contributing to the annual global consumer strategy and brand plan.You will partner with local market teams, acting as a brand guardian to help ensure the global toolkits are rolled out brilliantly in market.Build strong relationships across the business and act as a key point of contact for agency partners, the product team and other key stakeholders.Highly enthusiastic with a keen interest and passion for cosmetics.What you'll need to have:3+ years' experience in a global marketing role in Cosmetics, including a proven track record of creative asset delivery.Ability to understand, manage and champion what the brand stands for and act as a global brand guardian.Experience working with consumer insights to deliver marketing campaigns.To be a collaborative team player.Experience and creative flair in developing digital and social-first content.Cosmetics product marketing experience, ideally.A keen interest in the beauty market and trends.Who we areNo7 Beauty Company is made up of five iconic brands - No7, Liz Earle, Soap & Glory, Botanics and Sleek MakeUP.
