In combination with the different market characteristics and user needs of various European countries, cooperate with the headquarters to establish a content quality indicator system suitable for the European region, and closely collaborate with internal cooperation teams such as R&D, product management team, and operation team to ensure that the delivered results highly conform to European market characteristics.Focus on travel content-related product lines in various regions of Europe, including travel guides, travel hotspots, festivals, exhibitions, competitions, local guides, travel routes, etc., conduct in-depth market research to fully understand market demands and competitive situations in different European countries, and provide a solid basis for product optimization and new market exploration.What you'll Need to Succeed:Possess excellent communication skills with overseas teams. English is the working language, and having business Chinese communication skills is even better.Have a strong sense of responsibility and ownership consciousness, be able to flexibly respond to various changes in the European market, closely follow the department's work direction, and timely adjust work priorities and key matters to ensure the smooth progress of European market business.Possess strong market problem analysis and handling abilities, problem summarization abilities, data analysis abilities, cross-team communication and coordination abilities, as well as rigorous logical thinking and a keen sense of European user thinking, and be able to quickly adapt to changes and challenges in the European market.Have 5 years or more work experience in user reach, product management, new market strategy, etc.Why Trip.com GroupWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
