Scrum Master - Insurance MNC - WFH, Good Team Culture

Job Description Our client, a leading insurance company, is looking for multiple Scrum Masters to join their Scrum Master Team to work on different digital transformation projects. They are looking at ways in which they can improve their Agile processes across these areas. This role will require you to facilitate agile development processes in different teams , collaborate closely with different projects to uphold Scrum principles and practices through projects engagement. Finally, take ownership of successful product delivery in the assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have: -4+ years' experience in IT (as a BA/PM/SM) -Experience with Scrum Master duties/hosting standups/Sprint planning -A proactive, passionate personality -Experience working in a Scrum environment -Excellent stakeholder management skills -Scrum Master Certificate Responsibilities: -Facilitating Scrum Events -Coaching and Mentoring -Removing Impediments -Promoting Collaboration -Supporting the Product Owner
