We are a Nationwide Vehicle Reseller that has celebrated over 10 years in business. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicles Parts Sourcing Specialist to enhance our sourcing capabilities and contribute to the efficiency of our operations. This is a full-time permanent employment (minimum 35 guaranteed hours rostered between Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 5.30 pm with overtime required at times. Job Description:Â
- Issue purchase order for every part ordered by Parts person using SAM.
- Reconcile every part with purchase order, invoice and statement using SAM.
- Responsible for contacting suppliers if parts are to be cancelled or returned and get credit notes. Ensure that suppliers do not charge for returned or cancelled parts using SAM.
- Record and report any parts invoiced without purchase order to Management and contact suppliers immediately and investigate who ordered the parts for what and when.
- Assist with parts stock take.
- Reconcile SAM to Motor Central.
- Assist Director in day-to-day operations.
- Management of stock control and meeting daily operation schedules.
- Maintain the correct stock aging of vehicles at all locations and liaise with mechanics to ensure repairs are completed on aged stock in a timely manner to ensure correct aging is maintained.
- Liaise with supply manager to ensure parts required are on track.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding aged stock back to hub.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Stock taking parts and stock audit on all cars.
- At least 2 years experience within an Automotive factory setting.
- Be able to work well within a team environment.
- Be honest and reliable.
- Be self motivated and efficient in work procedures.
- Be quick and accurate when carrying out duties.
- Have good communication skills, listen and follow instructions, be able to fill in paperwork accurately.
- Be punctual and be able to work extra hours when required.
- Have a New Zealand/Overseas/International Drivers License.
