We seek a dedicated and knowledgeable Embedded Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. Job Description: The ideal candidate will work closely with our product team, taking the lead in providing comprehensive technical documentation for all products featured on our website. The role also involves problem-solving technical issues for our customers, ensuring they achieve the maximum utility from our products. Responsibilities:

• Create and manage technical documentation for all our electronics and robotic products to ensure all information on our website is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.
• Use technical expertise to handle and solve customer queries and problems related to our products.
• Assist in developing technical manuals, how-to guides, and other customer-facing material.
• Maintain current knowledge of embedded systems' latest trends and developments.
• Conduct thorough product testing to understand and document its capabilities, limitations, and use cases.
• Provide training to customer service teams about product functionalities and troubleshooting.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in robotics.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science, robotics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with OpenCV, PCL/Open3D are a plus.
• Experience with ROS1 and/or ROS2.
• Hands-on experience with real robots and perception sensors such as time-of-flight cameras, 2D/3D LIDAR, and stereo cameras.
• Experience with different communication protocols such as modbus, CAN bus, UART, etc
• At least three years of experience in a related field of embedded systems.
• Experience with various microcontrollers and hardware platforms.
• Understanding of any Linux OS. Troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in C, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in writing user-friendly technical documentation and manuals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment and maintain professional relationships with various stakeholders.
