Project management experience, preferably delivering large enterprise applications and solutions with a total of 12-15 years of experience.Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively, and knowing when to rely on internal resources to assist. Strong conflict recovery skills and professional appearance, with the ability to interact with client project managers, managers, and senior technology managers. Great organizational skills to coordinate complex projects.Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience managing virtual teams (including near and remote teams) in an international environment. Proven technical ability to understand the impact of technical changes and formulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems. Strong understanding of custom software development processes.Background in development with hands-on experience (preferred) with technologies such as Java, J2EE, JavaScript, and UI technologies.Strong understanding of web content management solutions and processes. Agile/SCRUM and/or PMI certification and demonstrated commitment to project management best practices, including task management, project planning, and status reports.
