Responsibilities Business Development through lead generations. Resolving issues related to site installation delays, logistics or production delays for the region. Exhibition & Promotional Activities. Appointing & Maintaining Dealers & Distributors Network. Identifying and visiting potential new customers and new segments, including cold calling and personal visits in the region. Maintaining Business Relationship with prime consultants, architects, MEP contractors, and key customers to get direct enquiries to achieve set targets. Introduction Emails with details about products, facilities, existing client details, and brochures. Visiting client's site/office to understand their requirements. Company Profile Presentation to technical team, senior management, Engineering, Project & End Users. Communication with existing customers regarding new business, projects & prospects. Enquiry Handling. Attending technical meetings, pre-bid, and site visits with design/project team; techno-commercial meetings with customers. Co-ordination with Design & Sales Team for timely submission of Layout, Quotation, and Tenders. Follow Up for the Quotation Submitted to ensure order booking in favor. Attending opening of technical bids. Attending Technical Presentations. Attending Price bid openings. Negotiation & discussion with customers. Ensuring receipt of work order or purchase order; PO checking for technical specs, terms & conditions and communicating with clients for amendment requirements. Resolving issues related to commercial terms with customers or accounts department. Communication with HO, Design and all concerned departments about timelines, special features, special scope of supply, and outsourced items. Attending Kick-off meetings with respective plant technical and commercial teams. Attending Kick-off meetings with customers with our project team for starting the project. Payment follow-up with customers. Resolving issues related to projects.
