Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.Handle the complete process of employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparing relevant documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet the organization's staffing needs.Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions.Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee development and performance improvement.
