Responsibilities:Develop and manage sales plans and strategiesDrive and develop new business for the hotel and groupManage and develop existing accounts for the hotel and groupCo-ordinate PR and Marketing opportunitiesMonitor team performance and resultsProvide key interface with Operations and other sales teamsAchievement of revenue and RGI targets for the hotelAchievement of hotel sales plansAchievement of account targetsAchievement of sales call targetsAchievement of minimum scores in hotel sales auditsWhat We Need From YouREQUIREMENTS:Qualifications ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager handling Leisure accountGood problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
