Drawboard is creating a world that works without paper. We do this by creating the world's best document markup and collaboration platform - Think Google Docs for PDF. You may know us as being globally pre-installed on Microsoft Surface devices, helping millions of people replace physical paper with a digital pen.Drawboard is a young and progressive Software-as-a-Service platform. We're looking to strengthen our presence in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) markets globally. Our customers not only span the largest engineering and design companies in the world, but also those outside of AEC such as Education, Legal and Medical.We're a small team, doing big things.The RoleWe are on the hunt for an enthusiastic content marketer ready to flex their creative muscles in all things content.Working closely with our friendly product and sales team, you'll play a key role in the marketing strategy of our two products:Every day hundreds of thousands of users create, note-take and annotate on Drawboard PDF. That user content and ideas will be the basis of your community engagement to show the world how Drawboard PDF is used, and could be used. Ultimately you'll shape your own role. It will likely be a mix of high-volume graphic and image-based content as well as more considered text and video-based content for education, support and SEO purposes across key owned and social channels such as Blog, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, in-app messaging, Twitter, and TikTok.Drawboard Projects (b2b):Your role will be similar to Drawboard PDF but from a b2b context, actively participating in optimizing the GTM Product Funnel (leading our Drawboard PDF users to Drawboard Projects).What will your day-to-day look like?In a typical day you might meet with product teams to find what we're building next. You might read articles, mentions, reviews, and issues written on or about Drawboard PDF to build your context of the market. You might trawl Instagram, TikTok and the 'Book to research our competitors and community, and finally, you'll spend at least a few hours churning out some world-class content for our millions of users and would-be users.Planning and creating engaging blog posts, articles, emails, in-app messaging, and social media posts targeted to spread the word on our products.Distributing your written content on our brand site, social media pages, and EDM channels.Help with the maintenance of our company website.Visual Content Creation:Collaborate with product and sales to define overall marketing strategy.Creating image and video content based upon current marketing strategy.Social Media Management:Building a stronger social media presence through frequent social media posts.Engage with our Drawboard community by replying to social media comments and app store reviews.Data Analytics:Review content's quantitative performance to determine what content works best for our target audience (via Amplitude and Google Analytics).Required Experience and Attributes1+ years experience in content marketing and content production.Creativity is key; we're looking for someone who can tell the story of our company and customers in new and refreshing ways.An eye for design; you will know your way around design platforms like Figma or Canva. You'll know what looks good and be able to adapt styling to fit branding.Demonstrated experience in copywriting (i.e. blogs, EDM, social media copy).Experience with content marketing and community engagement via social media platforms.Comfortable getting your hands dirty with data and understanding user bases through analytics platforms (we use Amplitude).
