DMS is seeking an experienced Global Account Executive to lead our global sales efforts, targeting new business opportunities and delivering innovative digital workplace solutions to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you will have significant responsibility for driving new business and managing existing client relationships, globally. You will develop and execute a business development strategy that meets and exceeds revenue and profit targets, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.
As a senior representative of the DMS brand, you will cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives. By gaining a deep understanding of their business needs, ambitions, and industry trends, you will identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Collaboration is key at DMS, and you will work closely with internal teams across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and more to ensure our solutions deliver value, innovation, and outstanding service to our clients.
What Experience You'll Bring:
Extensive experience in sales or account management, ideally within the AV, technology or collaboration sectors.
A proven track record of managing and growing large client accounts, with a focus on driving business development and exceeding sales targets.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and stakeholder relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior client personnel.
A deep understanding of market trends and the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies for growth.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
Proven experience in a senior sales role, ideally within the AV, technology or collaboration sectors.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth.
Strong relationship management skills with a track record of building and maintaining key client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Onboarding: Once the offer is accepted, the new Global Account Executive will begin the onboarding process, including orientation and training, to ensure a smooth transition into their new role.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3rd level education or equivalent preferred.
At least 5 years' experience of direct selling/account management in the AV/VTC area.
Right to work in the UK.
