This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with the expectation of 1-2 days per week in the office.What We're Looking For:

Experience: At least 4 years of strong ServiceNow experience.Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English.Certifications: Preferred but not essential.

Candidates with certifications will have an edge, and further learning opportunities are available.Self-Reliance: Able to independently manage client projects from day one.Location: Must reside in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis: Work with clients to gather and understand their business objectives, translating them into tailored ServiceNow solutions.Platform Customization: Customize and enhance the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it meets specific client requirements.Project Delivery: Lead the implementation and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.Issue Resolution: Provide expert troubleshooting, resolving technical issues as they arise during implementation.Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement best practices and improvements to optimize client solutions.Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and share your expertise to foster a collaborative learning environment.
