Project/Design Architect II

We provide career advancement and good working experience for Part III log book and examination. Job Requirements:

• At least Part II Architectural registration with LAM;
• Minimum 5 years working experience on high rise buildings as Graduate Architect;
• Good knowledge of Concept Design, Design Development, Detailing, and Construction practices;
• Good presentation skills and able to produce impressive Architectural Design presentations;
• Good coordination skills with all design disciplines, BIM consultants, and contractors;
• Able to carry out and complete tasks on a timely basis;
• Required skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion are compulsory. Revit, Adobe PS/Indesign, MS PowerPoint, etc.;
• Well-versed with PAM Form of Contract;
• Possess strong client relationship and management skills;
• A team player with good articulation and writing skills;
• Able to think strategically and can lead a documentation team;
• Sound knowledge of local codes and approval processes in Malaysia;
• Experience in designing high rises and commercial projects and work independently, including coordination of works with other consultants;
• Malaysian citizens only;
