We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who can lead our recruitment efforts with energy and expertise, supporting our team to find, attract, and hire outstanding candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for Malaysia and Thailand.
- Partner with business leaders to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in creating a positive workplace culture.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping, new hire paperwork, and data management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Enthusiastic about employee engagement and HR best practices.
- Process driven, meticulous and detail-oriented.
