Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for Malaysia and Thailand.
2. Partner with business leaders to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
3. Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates.
4. Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in creating a positive workplace culture.
5. Handle HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping, new hire paperwork, and data management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
2. Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Enthusiastic about employee engagement and HR best practices.
5. Process driven, meticulous and detail-oriented.
