This full-time position in the beautiful Cameron Highlands Pahang region will see you playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of this popular cafe. What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
3. Preparing and serving drinks and meals in a timely fashion
4. Ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly
5. Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns
6. Assisting with daily cafe operations as required
7. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area

What we're looking for

1. Prior experience as a waiter or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
4. A keen eye for detail and commitment to providing high-quality service
