Description

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Civil / relevant engineering, or additionally Master’s degree in Civil / relevant engineering from a recognized university will be preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in drip/sprinkler irrigation system design. Hands-on experience in Revit will be preferred. Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop an effective irrigation system including drip/sprinkler irrigation and ancillary components.
2. Calculate material file, pipe size, and pump selection, working out hydraulic & water demand calculations.
3. Design an efficient network of mainlines and sub-mains for water distribution.
4. Design the type and size of irrigation components (pumps, filters, pressure regulators, emitters) compatible with chosen methods.
5. Lead a team of design engineers.
6. Collaborate with BIM Coordinators / Managers, and work with other sector designers and architects.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
8. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, latest relevant software, regulations, and best practices.
10. Drive the implementation of digital plans, drawings, strategies and deliverables.
