Restaurant Manager vacancy in Mecca Saudi Arabia
Job Title: Restaurant Manager Our busy restaurant in Mecca is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills. This position offers a competitive salary of $900 per month, plus potential bonuses. Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective service
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Maintain high-quality standards for food preparation, presentation, and customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Monitor expenses and budget to ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items or improve existing ones
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining composure
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
