We are seeking to hire a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in the (FMCG) sector. Given the importance of this role in enhancing our brand presence and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns, we are looking for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record in this field.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our FMCG products and contribute to business growth.Enhance brand awareness within the digital space and drive website traffic.Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.Minimum Requirements:University degree in a related field.Proven working experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG sector.Demonstrable experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills and the ability to work as part of a team to achieve company objectives.
