Support the Planning Manager in developing, updating, improving, and implementing plans, procedures, standards, and systems for all the planning, scheduling, and reporting related tasks.Coordinate with Supervision Consultant to ensure that the project work breakdown structure is maintained in all the projects.Coordinate with Project team and Supervision Consultant to establish Project's baseline schedule and Progress measurement system consistently throughout the Projects in Programme.Coordinate with Project team and Supervision Consultant to ensure that the management reports are properly prepared and accurately reflect the actual and forecast position of projects.Develop, update, and maintain integrated Program master schedule.Analyze and report on Consultant's schedules and monthly and weekly reports.Ensure that approved Baseline Schedule is followed by all the entities involved and the Projects complete within the budgeted time and cost.Effectively monitor and analyze the progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.Identify potential grey areas and warning signals to Projects team.Prepare reports to the senior management within Ashghal pertaining to schedule to monitor and measure the performance of the Supervision Consultant's planning team in properly ensuring the planning aspects of projects.ProfileMinimum 5 years' experience in mega Infrastructure Projects.Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects.Familiarity with the latest planning tools and techniques.Job LocationTabukMinimum Level of Education RequiredNot specifiedMinimum Level of Experience Required6-10 yearsLanguagesNot specifiedGeneral InformationEgis is an international player active in the consulting, construction engineering and mobility service sectors.
