JOB DESCRIPTIONDuties & Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment and facilities equipment Perform adjustments of repair of items as required Perform preventive maintenance duties that detect early signs of failure or maladjustment Communicate and listen to operators, vendors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure production reediness of equipment Work from machine design drawings, specifications, and handbooks Preform other work related to tasks as assigned Comply with all ARM company HSE policies and procedures Function/ Purpose:SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Strategic: Able to understand, evaluate and apply technical information and functional skills (Functional & technical) Capable of keeping abreast of an evolving portfolio of products, services and systems (Technical learning) Has solutions and suggestions that are effective in addressing the problem at hand (Problem Solving) Operating: Able to apportion time effectively to complete tasks (Time management) Be willing to provide colleagues with the information they need to complete their tasks and eliminate roadblocks (Informing) Energy:Organization/ department:Personal and Interpersonal skills: Imbued with a strong sense of customer focus (internal/external) (Customer focus) A candid team player who collaborates with peers to solve problems (Peer relationships) Preferred education: Electrical or Mechanical technical training Will hear people out and absorb the speaker's message before responding or acting (Listening)Qualification, knowledge and experience: Experience: 3-year technical training
