The Designer will be responsible for creating Rewaa’s engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media by visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts and photos. The strong ability to translate requirements into design with the goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.Key AccountabilitiesGraphic Design: Conceptualize and design creative visuals for a wide range of materials, including but not limited to marketing collateral, advertisements, web graphics, product packaging, social media content, and branding assets.Creative Direction: Lead and guide design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that design work aligns with the company's overall branding and marketing strategies.Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring that visual assets adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's identity.Visual Storytelling: Use design to tell compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences and effectively convey the intended messages.Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while meeting high-quality standards.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with copywriters, marketing professionals, and other team members to create integrated, multimedia campaigns that effectively communicate the company's message.Art Direction: Provide art direction for photography, video, and other visual elements within projects, ensuring they align with the design vision.Software Proficiency: Stay current with design software and tools, keeping skills up-to-date and continuously improving design capabilities.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.+3 years proven graphic designing experience.Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, etc.A strong portfolio of diverse design projects.Proficiency with design software and technologies is a must (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Proficiency in motion graphics, illustrations, digital drawing, typography and photo manipulation skills.Understanding of layouts, grids, building compositions in posters and social media posts.Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Knowledge of other design tools and techniques is a plus such as (3D, VFX, CGI, AI design techniques, etc.)Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive monthly salary.Stock Option Plan.Health insurance for the employee and their spouse and children.GOSI registration.21 working days annual vacation.Rewaa is a fast-growing company with great opportunities to develop.Alert for CandidatesPlease be aware that Rewaa and its subsidiaries do not conduct interviews via email or text and will never request payment as a condition for applying for a position or receiving a job offer.
