As an accomplishment of its commitment to excellence, our client received the "Diamond" accreditation, the highest level of recognition for performance excellence in health care from Accreditation Canada's Qmentum International Accreditation.Description:Please note that this position is based in The Middle East; relocation, accommodation, and additional benefits apply.A trusted and well-established client of ours in The Middle East is seeking an experienced Billing Manager for a Private Hospital.Overview: We are seeking a proficient Billing Manager to oversee the internal and external billing cycles of our private hospital. The successful candidate will manage billing operations, including integrations with medical insurance providers and private clients. This role will also encompass system administration responsibilities, involving coding, claims management, and ensuring compliance with billing regulations and standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the hospital's billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Oversee the integration of billing systems with medical insurance providers and private clients, ensuring seamless transactions and prompt reimbursement.Coordinate with the finance department to reconcile billing records, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate revenue cycle management.Supervise a team of billing specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to optimize productivity and quality of service.Develop and implement billing policies, procedures, and controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.Monitor coding practices and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines, including ICD and CPT coding systems.Collaborate with IT professionals to maintain and optimize billing software systems, troubleshooting technical issues and implementing system enhancements as needed.Generate and analyze billing reports and metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvement.Serve as a key liaison between the hospital and external stakeholders, including insurance companies, government agencies, and regulatory bodies, regarding billing matters.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field. Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) certification preferred.Proven experience in hospital billing management, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of medical billing practices, including insurance claims processing, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.Experience with billing software systems, preferably in a healthcare setting, with proficiency in system administration and customization.Familiarity with medical coding systems (e.g., ICD, CPT) and their application in billing processes.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of billing specialists.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in billing operations and claims management.Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry trends, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Note: By submitting your personal information to Deka Minas, you consent to the use of such data for the specific purpose of securing you either permanent or temporary employment.
