Aramex offers a full-time job opportunity for the corporate senior IT operations specialist position, who will mainly be responsible for delivering local and remote IT support by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests. This is your chance to join one of the world leaders in comprehensive transport and delivery solutions for business and consumers.You will be responsible for:Deliver local and remote IT support by resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.Take the appropriate actions in response to system alerts.Perform scheduled tasks and routine maintenance.Manage user accounts and data backups.Take part in shift rotation.You must have:Basic knowledge in networking, systems administration, and cloud solutions.Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Written and verbal communication skills.Enthusiasm for continual learning and developing new skills.Excellent command of English.2-3 years of experience in the same field.About Aramex:Since its founding in 1982, Aramex has grown to become a world leader in comprehensive transport and delivery solutions for business and consumers.
