●     Provide IT Support : Deliver effective first-line support to staff, shareholders and drivers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. ●     Troubleshooting & Diagnosing : Quickly identify technical issues and implement efficient solutions, escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary. ●     System Maintenance : Regularly monitor, maintain, and update computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance. ●     Install & Configure Hardware/Software : Set up new devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Install software, troubleshoot desk phones and perform necessary updates. ●     Network Management : Assist in maintaining local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and internet systems. ●     Documentation : Maintain accurate records of support requests, system changes, and resolutions within the help desk system. ●     User Training : Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of IT systems and best practices. Security Management : Ensure adherence to data security policies, perform backups, and monitor for potential threats or vulnerabilities
