Vitality Health International Service Consultant (Portuguese Speaking) - Talent Pool

Business Unit: Discovery Health Function: Call Center / Contact Center Date: 28 Oct 2024 Key Purpose To take inbound calls, assist Africa Health Insurance members with queries and ensure first time resolutions or refer them to the appropriate area for resolution.
  1. Dealing with multiple telephonic queries from Africa Health Insurance members, brokers, franchises, the public and internal parties
  2. Dealing with all queries through to resolution
  3. Keeping client up to date with their queries
  4. Ensuring excellent quality service to all members
  5. Completing administrative and repetitive tasks
  6. Keeping accurate detailed stats of all queries/correspondence and reporting on it on a weekly basis
  7. Logging of all queries and routing all enquiries to correct departments
  8. Working on Africa Health Insurance systems
  9. Keep up to date with policy and product changes
  10. Assisting with written correspondence where necessary
  11. Driving the values of first time resolution on all interactions
  12. Applying logic in all circumstances

Qualifications & Experience
  1. Matric
  2. Basic MS Office Knowledge
  3. Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  4. Ability to speak Portuguese
