Position: Lecturer (Part-Time)
Program: UG Diploma in Hospitality Management
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Teaching hospitality and general business courses to undergraduate students.
Preparing and updating the PPT slides and the required learning resources.
Delivering the content as per the set specifications of the program through the set pedagogy and ICT.
Involving in the assessment process, such as question preparation and assessment.
Performing administrative duties as needed, meeting the set guidelines from the head campus in Malta.
Requirements:
A Master's Degree in Hospitality or a related field with a sound academic track record; PhD holders can also apply.
Local teaching experience of 3-5 years is desirable but not mandatory, along with proven industry experience of around 5 years.
Demonstrated ability to integrate computer technology into the curriculum.
Excellent level of communication and presentation skills are a must.
Visit visa holders should not apply for this position.
Compensation: As per the industry standards in UAE on an hourly basis.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 6 - 9 per week
