We are recruiting a qualified and experienced Female Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a beautiful, serene, state-of-the-art pilates studio in Dubai located on Bluewaters Island. The studio is equipped with Merrithew reformers, running both individual classes and mini-groups of 6 people maximum.The Package:12,000 AED tax-free monthly package30 calendar days paid vacationHealth and medical insurance planVisaCommission 25% on all private/semi-private classes within a 40-hour work weekCommission 30% on all private/semi-private classes above a 40-hour work weekRequirements:Reformer Pilates certifiedMinimum 2+ years experienceFluent in English & excellent communication skillsRussian speaking is advantageous but not essentialExpertise in Pilates techniques and anatomyFocuses on precision and proper alignmentPatient, encouraging, positive, empatheticWell organized and responsibleIdeally already in the UAE. If you are not already located in the UAE, you would need to get yourself to Dubai.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Full-time job, 40 hours/week, within which the instructor will give group and private classes.Minimum 20 hours of group classes/weekConduct classes that are safe, effective, and engaging for clients of all levels and abilities.Create customized workout plans for clients based on their fitness levels, goals, and any injuries or limitations.Provide hands-on assistance to ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and safely.Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques.Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.Collaborate with other instructors to create a welcoming studio environment.
