Binance is the leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider whose suite of financial products includes the world's largest digital-asset exchange.Our mission is to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money.If you're looking for a fast-paced, mission-driven organization where opportunities to learn and excel are endless, then Binance is the place for you.Job DescriptionsCollect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.Develop and track OKRs to measure business performance.Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business operations.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or SAS.
