Justlife is rocking the region with its beautifully designed for all home services app and looking for brilliant minds and skilled professionals who can think outside the box and have a limit that defies the sky.Do you envision shaping the future of all home services in one of the fast-growing tech startups based in Dubai?Come onboard and dedicate yourself to becoming #everydaybetter!Take over a key role as an Exclusive Operations Executive in the Business Development department, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.What we expect from you:Lead the daily operations of the exclusive operations team, ensuring seamless deployment of professionals and vans to designated areas.Manage day-to-day coordination with our supply chain to meet demand and ensure professionals are properly scheduled for their shifts.Oversee communication between teams, including operations, customer service, and supply chain, to ensure consistent service delivery.Analyze operational data to identify trends in undersupply, oversupply, and demand areas, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, and customer service) to improve customer experience and reduce cancellations.Execute strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and reducing manual efforts within operations.Support the onboarding of new team members or professionals, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and meet performance standards.Ensure compliance with the company's operational standards, goals, and timelines while constantly improving processes for better results.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in service-based industries.Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, BI, or similar platforms.Experience with operational tools and platforms (e.g., scheduling systems, CRM tools).Proven track record in process optimization and resource management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on problem-solving.Experience in the home services industry or similar field is preferred.Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello or Jira is preferred.Knowledge of performance management and tracking is preferred.PERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFENothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace!
