Our Client
Our client is a well-established entity in the Web3/Blockchain/Cryptocurrency space.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director with a minimum of 15-20 years in a technical role. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background and be deeply hands-on, capable of leading and optimizing our client's technical operations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all technical aspects.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaborate closely with senior management to align technical strategies with business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record in a technical leadership role within the Web3/ blockchain/ cryptocurrency industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for emerging technologies.
