Corporate Finance Manager

Brilliant opportunity for an experienced Finance professional with strong knowledge of the property / construction industry to join a large organisation as a corporate finance manager. Responsibilities: Review and analyse financial reports (including annual reports and interim reports etc.) Review and analyse any borrowing, funding and capital expenditure proposals Review and analyse from a financial perspective any acquisition, disposal or joint venture proposals Review of financial targets (e.g., dividend, profitability, gearing) and equity valuations Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the residential property development sector. Experience: ACA/ACCA/CFA qualified with 7+ years' experience Experience in residential property development / finance is required. Strong financial and commercial analytical skills. Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail essential. Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal.
