Job DescriptionAlteo is looking for a Payment Services Manager for a permanent position based in Montreal.Your main role will be to manage the company's activities in Montreal. You will translate contractual commitments into objectives that are translated into human and organizational resources. You will define the investment and operating budget, as well as the human resources required for the smooth running of the business, while ensuring optimization of resources and compliance with SLAs.Responsibilities:Translate business unit objectives into human resources.Translate the strategic objectives of Payments services at entity level into objectives and KPIs, monitor performance, provide solutions and corrective action in the event of deviations, manage escalations.Define department sizing in line with business unit objectives.Supervise, in collaboration with HR, the skill levels of departments and define succession plans.Monitor departmental achievements and objectives by defining KPIs representative of each activity.Monitor budget execution against targets.Build and maintain close relationships with customers and partners.Break down business unit objectives into sub-objectives for each department.Define departmental budgets in line with strategic orientations.Define department dimensions in line with business unit objectives.Define KPIs representative of each department and ensure their follow-up.Implement operational strategy and provide clear direction to teams.Determine priorities for action/Arbitrage, in line with stakeholders, while assessing the commercial and financial impact of decision-making.Guarantee operational maintenance of production and service quality.Ensure the completeness of operational processes.Ensure the application of processes, while guaranteeing team buy-in.Help departments use technology profitably.Ensure the quality of services provided to our customers in accordance with contractual obligations.Ensure that services delivered meet SLAs and quality requirements.Guarantee platform stability.Guarantee timely resolution of incidents.Guarantee the provision of periodic reports and dashboards to monitor SOC activities.Guarantee the analysis and investigation of alerts raised by the SOC.Guarantee the preparation of proposals and responses to security incidents, in coordination with the entities concerned.Ensure that processes and systems comply with security standards, with the aim of controlling risks.Ensure the implementation of standard compliance controls.Ensure the distribution of documents, procedures and tools related to compliance with standard norms.Ensure that procedures for monitoring and controlling compliance are drawn up.Manage all teams to improve collective performance.Manage teams to improve collective performance.Provide guidance, support and assistance to team members.Ensure the development and ongoing assessment of team members' skills.Ensure the development of team members.Profile:Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.8+ years experience in a similar role.Experience in the electronic payments industry.Mastery of processes and SaaS mode.Risk management.Customer relationship management.Knowledge of IT OPS Operations.Security / SOC / Compliance.Strategy and leadership.Team management.Performance management.Customer orientation.Meeting commitments.Taking the initiative.Problem anticipation.Reporting & Monitoring.Involvement in the Quality process.Relational skills.Rigorous.Communication.Negotiation and influence.Organization.
