**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Safety and Security: The welfare coordinator is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the occupants' accommodation facilities. This includes implementing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and promptly addressing safety concerns.

- Compliance and Documentation: Coordinating with the facility department and submitting to the welfare department accommodations checklist.

- Occupant Support: The welfare coordinator supports and assists occupants by addressing their concerns, needs, and inquiries. Also, offer information about the facility, its rules and regulations, and the local resources available.

- Case Management: Engaging in case management involves assessing the individual needs of occupants, developing welfare plans, and coordinating services to support their overall well-being. This can include connecting occupants with healthcare services, social services, counselling, or other necessary resources.

- Conflict Resolution: Resolving conflicts or disputes among occupants is crucial to maintaining a harmonious living environment. The welfare coordinator may mediate conflicts, provide counselling, or involve appropriate authorities when necessary.

- Collaboration with External Agencies: The welfare coordinator collaborates with external agencies such as social services, healthcare providers, and community organisations to coordinate services and support for occupants. Effective communication and partnerships are maintained to meet the diverse needs of occupants.

- Documentation and Reporting: Keeping accurate records of resident information, incidents, and interventions is essential to the coordinator's role. They are responsible for preparing reports on the facility's operations, occupant welfare, and any issues that require attention.

- Emergency Preparedness: Developing and implementing emergency response plans, conducting drills, and ensuring that occupants are aware of emergency procedures are crucial responsibilities. The welfare coordinator also coordinates with relevant departments and authorities during emergencies.

- Training and Education: The welfare coordinator will coordinate with the will conduct the toolbox talk (TBT) sessions for staff and occupants on relevant topics such as health and safety, conflict resolution, and community resources.

Pay: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Welfare Coordinator: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
