Investment Compliance Manager, Global Asset Management

As part of an important part of their growing Compliance Team, they are now looking for a committed and motivated compliance professional to be part of the regional Compliance Team. The Role As part of a growing Team, you will be reporting to the Regional Head of Compliance, responsible for drafting and formulating investment compliance policies, to ensure that all investment restrictions for funds are appropriately documented and controlled, system maintenance, and compliance monitoring. You will also be responsible for developing an investment compliance framework and policy, to ensure it is in line with global standards. Your Profile The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Law or Accounting, with a professional qualification is highly preferable. You will have at least 6 years of compliance experience in an asset manager, solid experience in regional compliance or investment compliance, experience in liaising with local and regional regulators, and strong project management skills. You will possess excellent presentation and communication skills (Fluent Cantonese and English is a MUST) and an ability to deal with all levels of an organization.
