Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Superior to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Assist in the coordination of construction activities, including procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and review engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Assist with subcontractor management, ensuring that work is completed according to contractual agreements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, implement corrective actions, and track project progress.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Support project documentation processes, including reports, permits, and compliance records.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related technical issues or delays.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and construction techniques.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Project Engineer in construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel to construction sites as needed.
