If you're looking for a place to make a real difference, read on.What you'll be doing:As Engineering Technology Lead, you will participate in the innovation and delivery of technology and software solutions that support Brit's business objectives. You'll be working with product owners, scrum masters, and very driven Agile teams to identify and improve tools, systems, and platforms that enhance Brit's ability to create solutions and services for our customers.This role will translate business needs and functional designs into functioning software or technology designs and deliver/develop common foundation architecture components that conform to known successful patterns, and that support evolution toward the future-state architecture.In this role, you'll combine your experience in backend software engineering (we use Python) with the ability to support, coach, and inspire those around you in order to create a positive and collaborative engineering environment.
