THE ROLE

We're creating a loved brand in Europe, and this is where your story begins!

As the Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's evolution across Europe. Your responsibilities will span strategic leadership, product development, and innovation.

Specifically, we expect you to:

Define and execute a compelling product strategy aligned with our mission, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Drive the evolution of our product roadmap, leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and data analytics to prioritize initiatives that drive value and differentiation.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration, exploring new ideas, features, and business models to stay ahead of the curve.

Mandatory requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience

Experience managing product teams (Head/Director/VP) and the full product development workflow, from strategic to design and tech

Minimum 2 years at medium-sized startup in the recent past, ideally at a scale up journey

Experience at B2C businesses

Experience with OKRs, Roadmaps and priorisation systems

Brownie points:

Previous experience as a developer or designer

Dog owner.
