The business has been undergoing significant changes and growth internally and are looking for an experienced compliance professional to join their team. The Role The Compliance Officer will join a specialised team and the responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Regular Compliance Framework reviews and implementing suggested improvements
• Consistent review and updates of the organisation's compliance obligations
• Ensuring adequate documentation and compliance measures are in place
• Supporting and providing advice to the board committees and senior management around compliance requirements
• Helping to develop and provide training to staff on relevant compliance issues
• Ad hoc duties as required
