eCommerce Supply Chain Analyst

eCommerce Supply Chain AnalystOur company specializes in building successful eCommerce brands across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Supply Chain Analyst to oversee the daily function of our inventory movements, warehousing, and shipments across a portfolio of eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate will have deep experience and passion for understanding how to strike the perfect balance between never stocking out of inventory and not holding onto too much excess inventory. In this role, you'll work alongside Operations and Marketing and report directly to our Head of Operations. Location: Remote; Time Zone: Hours will be based on EST/PST time zone.Specific Responsibilities - 90% of your time will involve the following:Monitoring stock levels across 200+ SKUs and 7 different consumer brandsCreating Amazon FBA inbound shipments to ensure we never stock out on AmazonCommunicating with internal warehouses to ensure seamless and accurate movement of inventory from our manufacturers to warehouses Monitoring all sales portals to ensure all customer shipments have gone out on timeMaking quick and impactful inventory related decisions using data that is provided to you by our analytics teamProviding clear and concise insights to management on a daily basis to help them quickly actionGeneral Key Responsibilities:Daily monitoring of orders being placed on different eCommerce shopping platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Chewy and other online marketplaces.Maintain a healthy relationship with our warehouse teams to ensure proper feeds of orders and ensure all orders are being fulfilled on time.Play an integral part of the Supply Chain helping to ensure no stock-outs on any products/SKUs.Manage and maintain detailed inventory reporting and communicating reports and findings with senior management regularly.Maintaining proper records and tracking for all Inventory movements.Resolve issues on a real-time basis (e.g., Order fulfillment delays at the warehouse, Inventory stock issues, Orders from platforms not showing at the warehouse.Analyze data from past orders to find bottlenecks that may help in process improvement, cost reduction, and improving the efficiency of the overall supply chain.Analyze shipping charges to predetermine which carrier to be used based on weights.Oversee and manage all aspects as it pertains to the supply chain for our growing organization.Qualifications:Excellent communication and presentation skillsMust have strong understanding of US marketplace and serving US or UK customer base3+ years proven supply chain experience in the US or UKExcellent knowledge of supply chain processes such as inventory planning, supply chain analysis, safety stocks, reorder rates, lead timesAttention to detailCreative, problem-solvingA strategic and analytical mindBachelor's degreePre-Screening (required for application consideration):Google Form Link: https://forms.gle/XS9C8UuMMRz769z89This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.
