How You'll Make a Difference You will provide operational support to handle the increasing demands of chapter activities, following a significant rise in chapter memberships. Playing a key role in monitoring chapter performance, coordinating initiatives, optimizing the use of PMI-provided tools and resources, and serving as a communication bridge between chapters and PMI's global teams.What You'll Bring to the Role Bachelor's degree in business or other related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered. 1-3 years experience administering processes for dispersed geographic groups and governing documents. General knowledge of association laws and general practices (Anti-Trust, UBIT Tax, Non-Profit Classifications) preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff, global customers, volunteers in varied committee structures, and external organizations with a track record of positive long term outcome-based relationships. Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks and commit to time-sensitive deliverables.Essential Responsibilities Operational Support and Strategic Alignment: Provide operational guidance to ensure PMI South Asia chapters adhere to PMI standards and processes. Assist chapters in refining their strategic plans, ensuring alignment with PMI's global objectives. Manage day-to-day operational issues for chapters, addressing the increased workload from the rise in membership due to single membership implementation.Chapter Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with chapter stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and support. Respond promptly and regularly to emails from chapter leaders and stakeholders. Draft and circulate meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items. Support chapters in managing the increased communication needs resulting from the growth in chapter membership.Tools and Systems Management: Ensure all PMI-provided tools and services are fully functional and accessible for chapter leaders, particularly as membership grows. Regularly review and update chapter bylaws, ensuring that the component system remains accurate and up-to-date.Event and Presentation Support: Prepare for chapter events by coordinating logistics, drafting presentations, and supporting execution. Create PowerPoint presentations for chapter events and stakeholder meetings as needed.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze chapter performance metrics, particularly in light of the increased membership, and provide insights into growth, engagement, and operational efficiency. Monitor chapter health and provide recommendations for improvement, helping chapters manage their expanded member base effectively.Collaboration with Global Teams: Connect with global PMI teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with global strategies. Ensure South Asia chapters are represented well and all operational needs are communicated to global teams.Governance and Compliance: Ensure chapters comply with PMI's governance policies, including financial reporting and strategic planning requirements. Regularly review chapter bylaws and update the component system to reflect any changes. Manage any other operational issues or activities as required. Support chapter leaders in their use of PMI tools, ensuring they can effectively manage their expanded chapter operations. PRB
