CNM 2 -Emergency/Cathlab

RecruitNet International Ltd is currently hiring for CNM 2 - Emergency/CATHLAB for a Private Hospital in Dublin. Qualifications Relevant post registration course specific to the Emergency/Cathlab nursing. Recognised management qualification is desirable. Experience Minimum of 3-5 years experience in acute Emergency/Cathlab care environment within the past 5-7 years. Minimum of 3 years experience at senior level. Evidence of implementing change and practice development in emergency/Cathlab care. Multidisciplinary team working. Cathlab CNM Provides leadership and direction for the staff in the Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory while supporting and actualizing the goals of the department, division and service. Works with the Head of Cardiology Services to ensure the goals and strategies for the service are met Emergency CNM To work with the Assistant Director of Nursing, the nursing staff and the ED Consultant Group on the development of the nursing strategy and ensure its implementation in the Emergency department Provide leadership in the continual enhancement of nursing practices, service delivery and staff education relevant to the Emergency Department.
